Roles and Permissions
Newsroom has four permission levels to suit different roles at your organization.
| Role Name | Role Description |
| Author | Authors can track their own performance and that of the site in Top Articles and view Topic Insights. |
| Supervisor | Supervisors have the permissions above and they can compare performance between various bylines using the Authors dashboard. |
| Supervisor with Homepage Edit | Supervisors with Homepage Edit status have the same access as Supervisors, with the additional ability to run A/B tests in Front Page, send Push Notifications, edit Homepage for You settings, and view the individual product dashboards in Performance Hub. |
| Admin | Admins have all permissions listed above and can additionally create and disable Newsroom accounts and view the Overview tab in Performance Hub. |
